Read the step!
Bangkok:
Click "Get Help" or "Finish Him" button in Bangkok, then go to Moscow Home. Don't click anything yet and wait till 10 people help you. When it's done (you can check with your mole account), then press "Job" tab. You'll get 1 The Drakon. There is no pop up in Bangkok, but you can check on your profile page.
Moscow:
Click "Get Help" or "Finish Him" button in Moscow, then go to Bangkok Home. Don't click anything yet and wait till 10 people help you. You also can ask your friend for check whether it's done. Then go back to Moscow and press "Job" tab.
Note: This glitch doesn't work for all player. Hope you are the lucky one ;)
