Sorry for the late info. I try my best to update my blog..
This glitch came few weeks ago, but don't worry.. It's still working :)
1. Accept your mystery bag normally. Click on Accept a Mystery Bag button.
2. We will be directed to MW home which show us gift waiting and ask to open it. We will need the link.
3. Copy the link above. Save to your notepad or whatever u want to.
4. So we can accept the mystery bag from the same friend tomorrow using this link.
5. Save as many as link you got, so you can open more and more next day :)
It can work every 24 hours. Enjoy to looting Mugati Sport or maybe Hunter 'Spy' XS ^^
Note: This also work on chopshop and free gift items.
